With over 30 years of experience serving the Natchitoches community, we are a family-owned and operated gym that treats every athlete and coach as part of our extended family. Our athletes often return as coaches, bringing their experience full circle and nurturing the next generation.

Our Philosophy:

Our faith-based program is dedicated to leading, loving, mentoring, and molding our athletes into world changers. We aim to instill strong technique in cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling and dance while inspiring self-belief and the power of faith. Our core values include fostering confidence, kindness, humility, assertiveness, coachability, and active listening. Above all, we prioritize safety.

Our Team:

Our coaching staff consists of experienced professionals who have grown within our program since early childhood. They hold various degrees and certifications, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and ongoing development. Our team members are equipped with certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, and various disciplines in cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, and dance. They also hold AACCA Spirit Safety, USA, NGA, USASF and USAG certifications, ensuring they meet the highest coaching standards.

Our coaches work tirelessly to uphold our program's quality and continuously welcome new members to join our ever-growing family. We are proud of our current and past supporters and excited to welcome new ones as we continue to grow.
